Meet Alex

My journey into wellness has been shaped by many personal experiences—navigating my own challenges with weight, trauma, addiction, and depression, learning how to heal my oldest son’s seizures, and witnessing my parents’ struggles with their health. Through it all, I developed a deep passion for learning how to better care for myself, my family, and

ultimately, others.
